Cancellation Policy
I hereby acknowledge my understanding that our program will be invoiced for the full cost of registration of $325 per registrant. I also agree and understand that our program is obligated to pay for these registrations and that no refunds will be available after August 14, 2026. Cancellation Policy - Refunds for cancellation of conference registration will be given ONLY when a written cancellation request is submitted to the Conference Registration Chair, Ryan Kirton (rkirton@emporia.edu) and Monica Martinez (monicamartinez@ku.edu) by August 14, 2026. A processing fee of $50 shall be assessed against all canceled registrations. If a written cancellation is not received before August 14, 2026, no refund will be given.
